a combination of going around the corner a lil too fast, and the corner was sharper then i expected when i was in my approach. I went nose first into a 9 inch thick cement mail box post thing at between 45-60 MPH.

i got off the bike with balls that hurt like hell and a small scratch on my left knee, that's it.

lol a little too fast? at 60 ? Into a mailbox?

That sounds like going 60 in a neighborhood dude!!

I think the last corner I took at 60 was the freeway onramp...and I crashed! hehe.

Im glad you are ok man. What gear were you wearing?

Sorry to hear this man, I know you loved that bike. What are your plans now?

it was a windy road that bikes frequent with few houses. I just got lucky and found one of those houses.:(

I had on my armored jacket, held gloves, suomy helmet and oxtar race boots. I left all my info for the house to get a hold of me for a new mailbox, but i haven't heard back from them yet.

That bike was so hot!

Well, glad you're okay man, a busted bike's a lot cheaper than a prosthetic leg ^.^
