The Butters episode started out great, but ended up dropping off about halfway through. The wrestling episode, meh. Is that really all that they can come up with? That whole argument has been done in comedy a million times. For a show that used to thrive on outlandish creativity, they really seem to be way off base now.
Also, is it just me or does anyone else notice a drastic difference in the personalities of the characters? Over the last couple of seasons I feel like they're trying to make every characters core personality far too blatantly obvious to the viewer. I watch the episodes and every time Cartman is on the screen I expect him to scream "!" and be belligerent (there's also been a huge increase in how much swearing he does recently). Every time Randy is talking, I expect him to be condescending and sexist while cooking up some crazy idea/story/concept.
It just doesn't feel like they're putting any soul whatsoever into the writing. Watching this season has almost become depressing. |

| I loved Super Fun Time, but I'd say the series started falling apart after Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy. |

| I actually liked this weeks south park. First decent one since this ran began. Ep 11 Whale Whores thumbs up. |

| Absolute dog, I'm done watching this show. It has deteriorated far too much, far too fast and, despite the many chances I've tried giving it, it hasn't done anything that has changed my opinion. RIP South Park. :( |
