thankfully for dvr, i can just fast forward through commercials, and breeze through new episodes of south park in 15-20 minutes. that's what i've been doing lately. fast forward through boring parts. :( |

| best part was when wendy finally gave in at the end, actually making cartman think it was a real story. would have been awesome if she had been the next morning announcements person. |

I thought Simpsons fell into this category as well, that used to be gold for the first few years and then went downhill quickly. Its almost painful to watch now.
Re South Park, I think season 8 was the strongest - The Jeffersons,up the down steriod and Pre-school amongst my favourite episodes.
But saying that, season 5 did have the 'Scott Tenorman Must Die' episode... |

completely agree with series 8 being the best. almost all the episodes were great, those being:

The Jeffersons
Goobacks
Pre-School
Quest for Ratings
Woodland Critter Christmas
and although not bad by any means, these were the weaker ones for me:
