Losing sympathy....

Honestly......I'm losing sympathy for the fat fckrs that I xray because they have knee pain. Knee pain? No way......lose a hundred pounds.
And all the cxr's (chest xrays) I do on smokers that complain of Shortness of breath. SOB? NO FCKN WAY..........you sob :rolleyes:
And not only that.... people that come to the hospital simply for attention. I pull their file and they've had a thousand xrays and nothing has ever been wrong.
Just had to vent....and yes I obviously treat each patient with respect....I just wait to roll my eyes until I get behind the booth to take an exposure.

| hahah my ex says the same thing about his patients. always griping about aches & pains...meanwhile they are like 50+ lbs overweight. it's like, "hmmm, i think i know what the problem is...PUT DOWN THE ING FORK" |

When I was cashier training last year, there was this quite obese woman training with us. One day I overheard her talking to another woman about how she had stress fractures in her ankles and that she didn't know why. Needless to say, she only lasted about a month with the company before leaving for medical reasons (see: incredibly overweight and standing on already messed-up ankles).
How they don't know that it's because they're fat is beyond me.
Edit: I support allowing obese people special parking spots, just as long as they're at the back of the lot. |
