Dude i know a dj who only has one arm, i know it will be more difficult but i dont think is anything that should keep you from mixing.

My mate did that, broke the scaphoid bone. He decided he wanted to get back to mixing, so he pulled the plaster off 2 weeks early. Bad idea. He ended up with avascular necrosis (bone death), and has not been able to DJ since!!! Trust me, I'm a radiographer.
