| its now official that i am losing my job. thank god i have known for a month and now its confirmed. i still have till nov 20th so thats not a big deal but yeah. ing sucks! |

yeah the subprime end. prime isnt going to revive for a bit. forclosures in OC are skyrocketing. 3 months ago a customer came in and his wife is an appraiser. she would get max 1 foclosure a month. at that time she was getting 2-3 a week. this is something that is unheard of in OC especially in the past 10yrs. |
