Marcin: Thank you so much for posting the "Love you More" video....wow you have no idea...I will keep the memory of that particular song in my head forever....that was the song I was praying for him to play all evening!!
PS: You know, I love how all these people in Crobar were like "I am armins #1 fan, I looove armin blah blah blah" and didn't even understand my silly lil sign ("NYC Loves you More") and had never heard of the song when it was played...they were like "this is a cool song, I wonder who its by??" ....people are retarded :rolleyes: :rolleyes: lol |

LOL are you serious ? that is such a nice song. i was the same way, i wasn't gonna leave Crobar until i heard it. that was a highlight of the evening when he finally played it. he also played andy moor - year zero & sean tyas - lift, which are my favorite tracks at the moment. the whole set was just amazing. Armin never dissapoints! no matter where i hear him play, in Europe, in US , in Canada, he always delivers!
and the crowd ? well, lets just say there were a lot of people who didn't even know who Armin was. or yelling Armin's name while remy was playing. wtf lol
oh, and wasn't guest list suppose to give you a reduced admission to $30 per-ticket ? i paid $45. whats up with that lol
every $$$ counts, when inside they charge you $6 just for water LOL.
anyway, both saturdays and sundays were just awesome! |

Yeah, I had the same deal with the guest list; is that normal that they tell you a reduced and then jack it up like that? I'm damn lucky I found street parking, or I wouldn't have had the loot to get in; I was treating my roomie and his girl for their birthday ($60 for a gift is one thing, $90 is another!!!) If I'd known that' Id have bought my $30 tix online... I had time and new I was going. That was a stiff one in the ass! |

| i made the same mistake. i should have bought the $30 tickets when they were available online. oh well... at least Ferry is free this friday (or so they say LOL) so its all good! :) |

yeah, seriously. when i went up to the window the girl there said, "$45" i told her that i thought it was 30 then she said again "$45" i just paid the extra $15. i wasn't gonna miss it for the life of me. oh well, you win some you lose some. but as the person above me said, atleast ferry is free this week.

lol i almost walked away from the door when i heard that ridiculous price. i wouldn't have cared, but when ur told its $30 on GL two days before the gig, u *EXPECT* it to be $30. theres some serious miscommunication there
well NO worries, cuz Ferry is DEF free free free before midnite :toothless yay!
but get there before 1130 to avoid the lines. lol |

| I already had a ticket, but I wrote Bradley an email that SAME day to find out how much it was for my friend....he said it was $30 :conf: NOt sure if I can compain, he hooks us up all the time, but its still pisses me off :( |

well perhaps, but isn't it the job of the promoter to find out about these things ahead of time, and to notify everyone that they contacted? granted that his lists are so HUGE that he really couldn't do something of that sort, but then it starts to affect his credibility going fwd...
I emailed him two days ago asking about it, but no response as of yet. I had initally stopped using his lists awhile back cuz of some miscommunication but thought i would try it one more time but to no avail. But I am sure that you're right, Alisa.
Then again ppl working the guestlists outside are probably told something different by the mgmt so in the end, Crobar was probably at fault, adding to another reason why i HATE the damn place. It would be less confusing if the promoters themselves were allowed to work their own lists at the door. I probably am only able to find him like only 50% of the time when inside. :conf: I don't think Jason ever has a problem with his lists. Neither does Flawless (but Flawless lists seem to end directly at 11pm, not the usual midnite like others). |
