Everyones different........but wouldnt it make your stomach churn with disgust & turn you off if the person who you loved (& who you thought loved you back) ed you over like that? Im sorry but if they truly loved you, they wouldnt of ed you over in the first place!
Yeah it would hurt, especially at the start of a break up, but any person with self respect & pride would get over it & cut the negative out!
AND THE AUDACITY some have to 'beg their partners to come back or dont leave'.

it all comes down to acceptance. She had reasons for doing what she did and none of them at all justify what was done. It is a ed thing to do to someone you are with, and even though a cvnt act was done by her, it still doesnt make accepting what has happened any easier.
At the same time, it does you no good to turn around and say "well the last 3 years were a waste or i regret that time i spent with them", because there would have been alot of amazing times that they had together which were and are still special. It's just seeing past the hurt and the anger which will take time. But eventually that acceptance will come, and that will be a great day.
It can take a long time to get over someone you love (hell i'm living proof of it) it took me close to 7 months to properly get over my ex, and now that i have i am able to take the great bits of that relationship, and the happy memories and all the parts about her that i love without being sad, because they are happy memories which i still to this day hold close to me.
And It will happen to you too someday Benny..
All the best mate, and i know you have alot of friends and support, so whoever was the dog mate was who did this to you will be cast aside without a second thought because there are plenty of good people around you.

Now im just talking in general here:
The quicker you accept that you've been ed over, the quicker you say a big YOU to the person who ed you over, the quicker you shut out of your life.....will be when life moves on.
Why dwell? Yes I can see how you would be hurt at first & who knows maybe even shed a tear or two lol, however someone that does something like that doesnt even deserve for tears to be shed over them.

Im just sick of hearing about guys getting ed over by a certain girl-and who are still not over them 2-3 years later....and yes its happened (to a mate of mine)!
And it even happens vice-versa....some girls get treated like DAWG really really bad, but still get hung up over their ex's.
I do not feel sorry for them.
