good news for me :D
so yeah, buddy found a company to ship it with at a reasonable cost of around $30 (unlike usps/fedex/etc who wanted upwards of $100 for the delivery)
here's some tidbits of the exchange i got
clerk: "sending dildo to your lady friend, eh?"
buddy: "Well, its a guy, but yeah, basically"
clerk: "..."
