I could call my mom and get the recipe, but now that I'm independant I'll do it myself and ask TA.
I already googled it and looked on a zillion websites, nothing had what I was looking for- just a quick simple way to bake some chicken legs!
Thanks in advance! |

put some olive oil on a pan, put it on the stove at medium-high heat. Then put the damn legs on there. Cook until the legs start making a really good smell and looking ready on the one side - then flip them to the other side. Repeat until the legs are cooked thoroughly - poke at them with a knife to see if blood pours out. If blood doesn't seep, they're ready. You can cut up some onions and toss them in the mix, also rub some salt/pepper/spices of liking onto the chicken legs before cooking if you want more flavor.

but its for a whole chiken.
get some butter and some chives... mix them up in a bowl with ur hands until its a soft paste. then u rub it inbetween the skin and the meat ull eat..
then soak some thyme (Spelling) in water for 10 minutes, after its been soaked tie it around and put some inside the chiken.. sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on top of the skin....
stick in oven and it will come out with some CRISPY skin and delish meat! |

Srly man, try this: CHIP-A-CHICKEN!!
1. crack egg & whip a little in bowl.
2. Get a bag of samboy salt & vinegar chips & crush them, then put into another bowl.
3. Dip Drumstick in egg, then cover (Crumb) chicken with crushed chips
4. Put in oven for 45 mins
5. eat en yum!
They must be salt & vinegar ribbed chips though |
