No problem :) - The word "minimal" is just tossed about on these forums far too often by people who really don't understand what they're talking about, and I've kind of been a bit of an overbearing cop about it.

you're right, none of these tracks are minimal. alot of them are labeled in stores as electroclash or tech house. i'm just trying to describe how i perceive the overall sound of the set, artsy and quiet (minimal). i think people, including me, throw the word out there because its an adjective used to describe an aspect of a lot of music out there. |
