m-audio axiom midi keyboard causes cancer wtf?

I just bought the 61 key and opened the manual. There is a big warning sign that says : This product contains lead which causes cancer and birth defects. Please wash your hands after each use.
WTF:eyes:
anyone else use these? Im thinking bout returning it... but its a nice keyboard |

| haha don't worry about it, the dangerous materials are probably not on the surfaces you touch ;). It's just some standard consequence of some legislation (I'm guessing Restriction of Hazardous Substances, a European guideline that's been introduced a short while ago) |

| I had the keyboard, sold it after i got cancer in my fingers. My hands have been amputated. I play keyboard with my chin nowadays. |

Heh, true... I'm guessing the origin of that note can be traced back to some trial in the States.
