mint, i thought it was just me. I just pick up whatever 2 are clean & wear. I even bought lots of new pairs recently as my brother has a habit of coming home and leaving with all my best pairs, and i've lost half of them already. If it wasn't for the fact my bra was still on the washing line i'd say someone was nicking my stuff |

Well, all of my socks are the same kind, I'm just missing one.
I do appreciate all of the kind thoughts and outpouring of concern I've received over this issue. The search party tells me that there's a chance he may have been left behind in the dryer by the other pairs, and those pairs that are suspected have been taken in for questioning. Again, more details as they come in. |

that sock was overrated anyway, since it found its position at the top of the drawer it started to wear thin & care about the money too much |

that must have been it. after all it always believed in setting itself personal goals and not letting itself be caught up in hype or in what other socks around it thought it should do. it never lost sight of what it was and where it started... |

Unfortunately, I have terrible news. One of the socks that was brought in for questioning admitted to the disappearance. The sock was kicked out of the pile as I pulled it out of the dryer, and ended up under said dryer. Upon attempting to retrieve the sock, the search team noticed it was stuck on something. Despite all efforts to bring back the sock in excellent condition, the snag proved to be a bit too much and caused a tear in the sock. As to whether or not the sock will be worn again remains to be seen.
For now, though, Tiesto's shoes will be brought in for questioning, as we suspect they may have had some sort of influence over the guilty sock. |
