What's the link or email address you used Johnny?
While back when I had problems I found a link and you would fill out a form and someone would email you back. It was a personal email too that addressed the specific problem you had.
I can't find the link anymore though....so if you could provide it I'm gonna bookmark it. |

hey hey now ... not like it really makes a difference where the support is, it all comes down to if they even bother to train employees, or just tell them to read a bunch of of a screen.
One of my buddies works at IBM tech support based here in toronto and even he tells me some of the people that he works with are pretty damn stupid. |

I had this happen to me too, and Microsoft was really helpful. I had to use my Yahoo account to e-mail them and they just asked me some personal questions, and I answered them correctly, so they reset my password so I could access my.net passport and MSN. This all happened in the same day. I was super impressed with their support. |

Thanks John.
That's the exact same type of form I used to use...except it was for MSN Messenger. I got a similar email back that was directed specifically to my problem. |
