yeah...but doing this too much leads to shoulder problems...and the chance of turning gay, so I had to cut back. |

If you look up stress in the dictionary at this very moment, there is my picture.
I am sitting here refreshing my hotmail every 5seconds because LSAT scores were due out today and I don't have mine yet.
I am pulling my goddamn hair out.
at least I have a drink. :) |

This might be one of the reasons I'm to prone to getting to colds :nervous:
The insomnia part comes up more during exam time...
Stress relievers for me: nice glass of wine, a good workout and music :) |

wow.. all of the above for me, especially insomnia. That one is a huge one for me. I work long hours almost every day now and the lack of sleep kills me. The chest pains happen here and there for me and I think I have always just had poor circulation so that doesn't help.
My job is pretty much killing me right now. :( |

It is interesting how some people can mentally control their stress better than others.
My parents work 6 days a week running a store. I know that the store has its share of problems, but esp my dad doesn't let out a sign of worry that they are stressed out.
Maybe because their faith gives them relief or something. Maybe they are doing drugs that I dunno about :D
Actually, only time they are stressed out is whenever I do something stupid. :p
In any case, I find that generally, ppl over worry too much and end up hurting themselves needlessly. |

ding ding ding.. we have a winner :p
It doesn't help that I have seriously become a workaholic and have to make sure everything is done properly and perfectly to boot.
I need a holiday. And not a party holiday in the EU.. a relaxing one away from everything. :) |
