i had a fabulous time! i had my sister's bachelorette party right before, so i didn't think i could go. but everyone wanted to bounce home at 2 am...and i was like "ok, i'm hittin up the club!" haha walked right in, and found everyone at the usual spot- right up front. GREAT to meet kelly and kadomony! you guys are so much freaking fun. kelly, you were like my partner in crime for the whole night! why do i feel like we were causing a ruckus everywhere we went?? haha too bad we couldn't chill longer but i know you guys had to get back. girl, you are cool as and i am so glad i finally met you...we will have to hang out again ASAP! my baby big mike was there..oh how i love you!! thanks so much for just being who you are. i had such a blast dancing with you to all the ferry tracks up front and in the booth. we always have a great time together. josy- awesome to see you girl. you are right, seeing faces liek yours just brings back memories from 2002-2003 and how the old dc insomnia family was. miss days like that and i always love partying with you.

it was awesome; the place was really nice and it was all people who knew what EDM was about. ferry and pete played nothing but electro and techy house. my mind was blown. was great to see that ferry knows his way around house as well, he was really on point with it. sucks we cant see that side of his style at big events. |

One con about DC that I forgot to mention: the freakin crowd!! holy between rude pusshy drunks, skanky hoes, molesters and PEOPLE HAVING SEX on the dance floor, I was about to bitch slap about 20 people up in there!! :( Thx to Big Mike for getting me away from that crowd and up with Ferry, and thank god to Erin for intoriducing me to some normal ass people!! sheesh. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: |

i see ali out in dc so much that sometimes i forget he is even in deep dish. he lives about 3 mins from me, so i often see him driving around. but yeah, he is always out! HAHA i forgot we saw him too kel!
oh, and the fur crowd is just an embarassment to the dc scene. hence why i like chilling in the booth most of the time! :toothless |

dammmit..I wish I was there. I had to do something very early sunday morning with the family so there was no way I was able to make it. Kelly, BigMike..glad u guys had fun. Ferry does seem to play better in Toronto and Dc than in NYC for some reason. Even with Armin, I think he plays harder in Dc. No idea why. For the crowd in Fur, I also HATE that crowd that comes in. Reminds me of the Crobar crowd. Hope u guys had fun tho. |

hmm i thought Guvernment was his favorite club to spin at...shruggs
yeah the general crowd sucks down there, the DCTAs def made up for it a whole lot (same with Miami at Space during regular times and not WMC, if it wasn't for the FLTAs, the environment would be sketchy :nervous: ) i stopped going to GLOW events after it switched over to FUR awhile back...i def preferred NATION over FUR, but now that place is closed also. LOVE was really CUTE when we went down to see Menno...but they don't get as many events...that top floor is AMAZING :D

The majority of the Glow regulars would agree. However FUR has improved greatly compared to when it first opened. Any of u guys remember FUR's grand opening with PVD? All I gotta say is wow (in a bad way). What a disaster! Waiting in line forever, rude ass bouncers, rude-ass ppl, etc. etc. etc. The bouncers initially didn't let him in b/c he was wearing sneakers. He was soo pissed from what I've heard (he even posted this incident on his website) but he still played a good set imo. This is probably the main reason why he hasn't been to Glow for a couple yrs now. |
