i think you're okay man, though no major studies have been done on the subject, i believe it poses no risk. switch-hit if you'd like peace of mind, however. By distributing the stress evenly you would greatly reduce any risk present in the action.
better yet get a girlfriend and avoid it all together. This is my sage advice.
