What do you guys think of this producer?
I really am enjoying alot of his productions lately. I came across Late Night Cab Driving and i enjoyed it alot. What other producers would you suggest that are simmilar to this guy, or even better.

Also, what would you consider this type of genre?

one of the best current producers out there ...check out his album "The Very Last Resort" for more of his softer stuff. IMO 'In Progress' is his best production....though some might not agree

for more artists like Trentemoller check out Unai and some of his productions of note like 'Loving that Lost Feeling', 'Stars in Your Eyes' and his "Moderne Love" EP

Late Night Cab Driving was good. Since then, however, he's been hit or miss, though it's been mostly miss, in my opinion.

I like his music, it's dark and crisp. Plus he has a unique sound, you can hear it's Trentemoller, that's always fascinating about an artist.

That's not a bad thing at first, but it seems like every release he's churning out nowadays is too easily identifiable. I like it when producers don't stick to what they usually do and instead try different/new stuff.

I absolutely loved his Essential Mix - the best EM of the year in my opinion. Listening to his own original tracks (not remixes) I understood that there is so much more to him than those overplayed Royksopp and Yoshimoto remixes. I'll definitely check out his album.

check out his album if you like his softer stuff...the whole albums got a very personal and emotional feel to it...but you cant miss the beauty of songs like 'Take me into Your Skin', 'Moan', 'Snowflake' etc
