For an unban to be officially considered by the bureau of mods you need 100 signatures. After that the bureau of mods or BOM will take two weeks to investigate the legitness of all signatures. If one of the signatures is found to be false, the unban petition is automatically dropped and the person who started it gets a one year ban.
Now, if all signatures are legitimate, the process continues. The data that served as evidence to ban the user, in this case Nrg2Nfinit, will be reviewed by BOM. This takes about 2-3 days, depending on the soberness of the mods. Rumor has it some mods tend to get really hammered on weekends, specially those moderating the C0R. Who knows why.
Anyway, if I were you, I would collect the 100 signatures first. You do need an official form though. Ask a mod for one, it's free of charge.
