postmarked?
And when is election day? Man I'm behind. |
Today is election day. The Tuesday after the first Monday in November. In my county, the absentee ballots need to be mailed and postmarked 7 days prior to election day. This is so the clerk has time to organize the ballots and such. They are busy people. :o |

no point to voting when all you get is two effing choices
A or B, both of which will not make any significant changes that i care about

No, this is the mostly Senate and congressional races. Local and state elections are taking place as well (State legislature and town council).
Presidential races are 2008. NJ's gubernatorial election is 2009. |

Unless you claim Canada to be part of US, not any time soon. |

To whoever said that, I point you to the Libertarian Party. They are for drug legalization. Which, coincidentally is one of the reasons why they will never become the party in power since America isn't quite ready for entire drug legalization and focus on treatment. Also, the government profits from the "War on Drugs". But since the Libertarian Party is known as the drug legalization party, they won't ever grow to prominence unless they establish their other issues to the public pulpit. |

I'm pretty sure I can vote as an absentee in the US, I don't know about England, if I vote in the Canada elections. US+CAN-UK, US+UK-CAN?
who knows
I should figure this out soon. |
