Doesn't look like the Senate will be taken, however. Likely will just be 4 seats as predicted. Some nice governor seat pickups taken by Dems. as well.

Some much needed balance and oversight will be in order.

ing Florida 2000 revisted is a comin'. This is a pivotal race since it's looking like McCaskill is taking Missouri and Tester may take Montana. Virginia is the firewall for the GOP.

If Webb maintains this lead, I don't think a recount will make much difference, as there haven't been any reports of irregularities. Last year in Virginia there was an election for attorney-general (I think?) that was decided by ~300 votes and so resulted in a recount. By the conclusion of the recount, only 27 votes had changed hands.

I'm telling you guys, the Dems have got the senate.
