I'm there. It's been 2 years since I saw him, in Baltimore during his release tour for Involver.
I really really really hope Sasha plays a proper 4+ hour set. I haven't heard him go longer than 3 hours any of the times I've seen him live. It would be incredible if he played all night, and then disappeared to some unnanounced afterparty that they only told you about on your way out the door when it was all over.
And some of Sasha's more recent live sets that I've heard have just been incredible. His guest mix on Digweed's show was right proper goodness like you'd expect from him back in the day (although a bit more minimal). I thought he took a downturn for a while, but damn is he back. Looking forward to this one a lot. |
