These guys have amazing upper body strength/control. I might start trying a few of these exercises at the park where i run.

If you've tried any fancy pull-ups before you'll understand how hard some of the they do is.
The other reason this is cool is that these guys are in tanked and I bet they've never set foot in a proper gym. Probably achieved the bodyshape they have with just a couple of cheap dumbells, a bar, a flat bench and the callisthenics they do in those videos. I think it's an inspiration to anyone who thinks they can't work out cos they don't have the money for a gym membership.... Thank you that is all. :)

there is no way you can get that big without supplements and a gym.

Thats what the gyms and supplement manufacturers want you to think. A guy I know came out of jail looking as big as some of those guys in only three years. He had no supplements and just freeweights to work with.
There used to be guys close to that size in Russian hoods and villages. The hoods used simple weights and exercises, the dudes in the villages used hard work in the fields and exercised using makeshift weights they made out of tractor parts. Most muscles can be trained without fancy machines, just using freeweights and bodyweight exercises. Supplements can be useful, but for the most part, for the average guy that wants to beef up (not to competitive level) a healthy, high protein diet does the job.

Even if they are on roids, they definitely aren't going to fancy gyms. Roids aren't a magic pill that just makes you huge when you take them. You have to be pushing your body to the limit, and hence be pretty huge already, for the roids to push you past the plateau. ask anyone that has taken roids, you stil have to be working damn had, and if your program isn't effective without them, taking roids will do squat... except possibly shrinking your balls and making you fat.
