whatever torrent manager you use, make sure you enable encryption, if your manager does not have it, then I suggest changing programs. I have found U-Torrent to be the best!
It also does a very good job of avoiding Rogers bandwidth throttling.
As well, try to avoid public trackers, and stick with private trackers, the speeds and quality are much better. |

i don't think i have watched "normal" tv in months. I love commercial free rips, no need to remember to "tape" something, and for all they know i could have recorded it with my pvr and edited it for commercials. |
