just go as EARLY as possible, im not sure how the street/parking regulations are around 5th and 6th avenues...i think night regulations are more prevalent on the side streets, I could be wrong...hm maybe someone who lives in this area of Manhattan can better answer this...

Why don't you just park farther east if you're going to LaGuardia? Parking will probably be easier to find, too. Even if you need to take a short subway ride, it's better than having to deal with the parade traffic after the party.

Wow, never thought of that. Which subway should I park by? (Sorry for asking so many questions, I wanna make sure I get this right!)

It's advertised as only going until 6, but they do need to set up the parade.

Park in the 50s on the east side and take either the NRW (yellow) line at 59th and Lex or the E (blue) line at 51st and Lex. The yellow stops at 49th and Broadway/7th Ave. and the blue stops at 53rd and 7th.

If you're with other people, just park anywhere on the east and take a cab crosstown, since the subway is $2 per person and the cab might be cheaper.

Awesome, you just made that day so much easier. Now I def can't wait! Check out my myspace for a picture of me. If you see me, don't be a stranger. Say hello. You can buy me a drink if you want (even if I already have one. There's NOTHING wrong with being double fisted) :)
