camping out for it tomorrow
mainly cause i wanted it in the first place, but when i realized that both my best friend and girlfriend were gonna be out of town over the weekend, AND i have a buncha studying to do, i decided i'd do it
lol i'm gonna be there for hours, just gonna bring my books with my and study the whole time (eh mostly)
anyone else going?
also, and advice or comments?
never done this before and its gonna take some getting used to
i'm gonna be sitting there laughing at the people cause they're waiting in line overnight for a video game system, then realize i'm one of them:( |

Wear lots of warm clothing. Bring water bottles and snacks. Bring a chair, if you can. Bring a book(s) and/or a handheld console.

yeah got the clothes set, gonna pick up a gallon of water on the way and i got a buncha power bars
plenty of work to keep me busy, plus i got my ghetto walkman (casette:p) for the radio in case there's a station with the OSU v Michigan came on it
one question since you of all people might know...whats the policy on using a bathroom?:nervous: |

Good question. Well... I'm assuming there'll be crowd control by employees OR some sort of voucher system in place. If you're lucky, they'll let you use the facilities in the store. If not, you might have to either walk over to the nearest gas station/place with a bathroom OR go off to the side and use a bottle.
So... Bring an empty bottle or three and some toilet paper, just in case. :)

It doesnt seem necessary to wait for the Wii. Unlike Sony, Nintendo is on top of distribution. I just waited for the PS3; the store I was at got 12 PS3s. Theyre going to get 75 Wiis. My guess is most stores will get 20-30 Wii, so waitig may not be necessary.
If you do wait, take extra socks and shoes! If your feet get wet, you will be miserable! This happened to me friday morning :D |

| I played the store model ps3 and I really wasn't omfgasming all over the place so I really don't understand the hype. The Wii wasn't running but it was out on display and looked pretty. The only reason why I would stand in line for either of those is so that I can hock that on ebay and make 4000 in profits. |
