Been having a dream almost every night this past 2 weeks.
Today had one about driving again.
Whenever I dream about driving, I can NEVER fully control the car.
The gas always seems to work somewhat normally but the brakes and steering wheel never act as they should (maybe says something about my personality?)
Anyway, I'm driving and having trouble steering and braking as usuall when I realize the steering wheel is too high up, so I adjust it but it doesn't come down far enough. But it comes down to where I seem to have more control over it...EXCEPT THE WHEEL IS HUGE NOW! :wtf:
I'm driving for a bit, avoiding trucks and almost running red lights cause the brakes still don't work well when this hot girl starts waving me into a carwash-like tunnel.
I drive through and suddenly I'm on a roller coaster. Usually, I hate roller coasters (I've only been on one decent sized one). This time though, I think about being scared (using "observing ego" if anyone knows what I'm talking about) and just overcome it.
Ride starts and it's great! Near the end, my friend texts me and I'm texting him back completely casually as the roller coaster car is going all over the place. The ride stops, we get off and I look back at the ride and it wasn't even that big of a roller coaster. |

I had a dream just now. Some kind of jelly stuff came from the sky and people started eating it. When they ate it, they basically turned into zombies, but not the kind of zombies that do stuff... more the kind that squirm around on the ground and die. Anyway, the zombies turned into transformers at night time, some were autobots and some were decepticons. They were shooting stuff and causing havok I guess.
Then it was day time, and me and my "friend" (who seemed to randomly switch between two people that I know) had to escape from a club that was filled with zombies, which was located in the same area as my beach house IRL. For some reason, my friend had a bike. It was annoying because we were just about to escape and he'd be all like "nooo I need my bike". FFS.
So we escaped. It wasnt much of an escape though, like the zombies weren't actually doing anything other than dying on the ground. Then the problem was that we were stuck an hour out of town (where my beach house is). I was like "I'll call Luke, he has a 4WD so we can take your bike". I took out my mobile.
Then my mobile started ringing IRL. It was mum waking me up - they were down at my beach house for the night and she was worried I would be late for uni because I always forget to set my alarm.
:wtf: |

Yep: violence. Usually someone is beating me up / killing me or I'm doing the same to them. Sometime it's only other people involved in the violence and I'm just watching passively.
Really weird, because I never get in fights or even think seriously of hitting or killing people while I'm awake. |

i just had my first nightmare since i was a kid :wtf:
there were 3 dreams.
1st involved something with my friend, can't remember it well but it involved some small bottles of kefir that i bought that were in his fridge and i wanted to drink them.
2nd was another driving dream (if you read my above dream you know in driving dreams i'm never in full control of the car.) however, this time a little boy was driving the car and i was in the back seat.
he was chasing after a girl in another car and we wind up crashing into the back of some parked cars. i call the police on my cellphone. interesting to note was that the phone dialed 91, and then i had to manually enter the second 1. while im saying that nobody's hurt and where the accident was, i'm talking and joking with my friends and the operator.
3rd dream was the almost nightmare.
i was in a large garage with my dad and his female friend. there's really bright fluorescent lightning. i'm talking with him but he doesnt seem to be paying full attention to me. he's looking for something on the shelves in the garage. i grab this big clear plastic document holder (it was as tall as me) and turn it towards my dad so he can see his reflection. he takes note of it and says something.
then i notice this big scary-faced guy standing near me. he looked like Lurch from the addam's family.
i turn back to my dad and say something. and he says something that really disturbed me for some reason. "...i'm looking for the Book of Intention."
by the look on his face and his speech patterns it seems like he's sleepwalking.
the oddness of it triggers something in my dream and i realize i'm dreaming. i say, "OH, you're dreaming."
as soon as i say that, the Lurch guy picks me up by the back (as if i'm wearing suspenders) and turns me around to face him, as he's turning me in that fraction of a second, i notice there's a body on this surgical table in the middle of the garage under the fluorescent lights. i see this guys face and shut my eyes tight while saying "wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up"
and i wake up irl. |

I've had about half a dozen dreams where my teeth fall out in the last two weeks or so. Some say it's a sign of stress or concern but I'm not worried about anything (at present).
And my teeth are in good condition too.

| I took a nap this afternoon only to end up having the worst nightmare. I was in school and after I didn't go home, I ended up going somewhere else but my parents were there anyways. Then my teeth started falling off, not all of them, just the back teeth. When I woke up, I remembered people telling me that usually when you have a dream in where your teeth fall off, someone you know is going to die. This has me paranoid, my birthday is 3 days away and now i'm going to have to spend it paranoid about someone I know dying. I really hope this isn't true. Anyone heard of this before? |

I hate the broken or loose teeth feeling in dreams. I had one sort of like that about a week ago. I was walking around some hall and I felt my teeth were aching. I rubbed my tongue around my teeth and I could feel some of them being loose. I start getting nervous about it and I run around trying to find a mirror. I manage to find a bathroom of some sort and open my mouth to stare inside. Inside my mouth, I could see that I had 3 rows of teeth. The outer row were messed up the most. Most were loose teeth that were about to fall off at any moment. A few darkened cavities in places where other teeth should have been. The second row of teeth were very narrow, and very sharp, much like a shark's. There were a few places in this row where teeth had broken off, but as savage looking as it was, it was still in better condition than the outer row. But I could feel a few cuts in my inner cheek where a few of the teeth had sliced up. The third and most inner row of teeth looked immature. They were mainly normal looking, but it seemed that some of them hadn't grown out fully yet, and there were a few gaps where the teeth were just starting to surface from the gums.
The whole feeling was weird. I kept running my tongue across all 3 rows even though it felt so disgusting. I was also horrified at making the discovery that I had extra rows of teeth, but when I thought about it for a moment, it didn't seem like such a bad thing. So I shrugged and went about my business. Some other stuff happened later on, but I can't remember the rest. I just remember waking up and then going to the bathroom just to make sure my teeth were okay. |
