how can i train from bed. had to buy books to read...in worst time ever to get injured. its not bad just a sprained ankle but still....le sigh

i got to icetis, keep some compression on it and kee it eelevated. tomm ill be back at it.it just pissess me off cause i took the weekenx off to some and then i get injured during my game yesterday and i thought i lucked out cause it didnt hurt too bad so i played the rest of the game. then i wake up today and cant walk

bandage up the ankle like a cast. and you can do almost anything that doesnt involve heavy movement of the ankle.

try to compromise, and do workouts that will keep your foot elevated. like if youre gonna do crunches, do it with elevated legs or bench press, same thing.

don't. she had an operation a few weeks ago and shes been relieved fo duty. ive been making my own sandwhiches

haha im training for endurance, aerobic and sprints. ball control, and shot power right now in futbol. theres not much i can do that doesnt require my ankle

so just do crunches and strengthen up the core. all in all, working out a little with an elevated leg will generate more blood flow to your foot and will help it heal faster.
