So.. I was sound asleep, cozied up in my bed for probably the last 4 hours. About 15 mins ago, I woke up from a dream that left me feeling unusual. Not scared, or sad... but a feeling that didn't feel good, but not something I could really explain. Perhaps it was a sense of isolation and hopelessness (given the context of the dream).
Anyway, I thought I would get up and try and get it off my mind.
I have always had very vivid dreams. They are always very clear, and can invoke such real emotions from me that when I awake, I find myself often troubled by them.
Is there anyone else who dreams like that? Do you think your dreams mean anything?
What do you do when you have a dream that bothers you, or leaves you feeling off?
Do you have any dreams that you will never forget? |

yeah, i get that occasionally. sometimes with dreams. i always kinda felt "nostalgic" but not in the literal sense. just kinda feels like deja vu, but not really. it's hard to explain. it gives me a weird feeling. i often get that feeling with certain songs.. "this song makes me feel weird."
if you interpret your dreams to have meaning, then they have meaning. perhaps it's an unconscious conflict resolution. if you think they're just random impulses in your brain, then so be it.. |

I was on earth with about 10 other people/creatures. Earth was about to explode, so we came up with this idea to shoot these chemicals into space that would be able to absorb us when we were also shot out into space, therefore preserving our bodies for us to survive.
There was some sort of problem, and when most of the people/creatures were shot up into space and caught by the chemical container, they combusted.
Then I was sent up, and in the end there was only three of us left, and then the world destructed.
So I was floating around in space in a green chemical orb, and the only survivors were a penguin, and a baby that I was holding.
It seemed so real to me.
Freaky.
P.S. I know it's totally ed up. |
