Tell them where to stick it, Krist. :) (if it isnt affecting negatively things you in life, then they have no justification to say you are partying 'too much') ;) |

I used to have a friend who judged my opinion on wanting to party when I was 16, 17 …but when she started partying she didn’t judge anymore…
And really I don’t have friends who don’t party .. everyone I know parties , be it once a month or once a week but they still party… so really I guess no.. |

| most of my friends do party, but with the once that dont I just dont talk about it so much. I had one friend who used to be a dick and call us crackers or wat not, but then he went and did it himself and was nice enought to appologize for thinking of us differently just because we like to party sometimes |

| most of my non-party friends know that i party and don't judge me. i get the occasional, "so did you 'rave' again this weekend?", but just a few jabs like that. even some of my coworkers know and have joined me at guv but that was years ago. i'm very careful when it comes to family friends/relations because they are very judgemental. that's just the way my culture is. some of them know i like to go to guv but they (hopefully) have no idea to what extent i've partied/like to party. :) |

All my REAL friends know what I've been up to lately and they don't judge me for the partying or the drugs, but they do judge me for the music and dancing. I come from a hard rock background, just recently discovered house and house clubs and most of my old friends just don't get it. Also, they're all too cool to dance.
As for the not so close friends, co-workers and family, they don't know about the drugs so they don't judge either. If they did know, there'd be a problem.
Funny enough though, I have been judging a friend of mine for her partying and drug use. That's because she doesn't know when to stop doing drugs and lately has been too high too much of the time and I'm just tired of babysitting her when we go out, she can't look after herself in that state. |

I've been judged by tonnes of people, and as far as I am concerned, they can all fuk themselves!
you can't be called a friend, if you are going to judge!
you either like them for what they do, or you carry on not being their friend! |

I get more judgement from my parents about going to so called 'raves' then I do from my friends who aren't in the scene.
My friends obviously have concerns for what I do, but it was no different then when we were all out drinking our faces off and having afterparties after the top 40 clubs then, then it is for me dancing all night at an afterhours club and they understand that when put into those terms. These friends have even tried to come out with me on a few occasions and can appreciate why I do it but don't like it themselves and are ok with that.
Maybe I am just lucky that way. Even though I don't see them as much as I used to. I still have their respect and they will let me know if they have any kinds of judgements about me and what I am doing. :) |

| Even though I've been coming out to more EDM events than to top 40 clubs, my non-EDM friends have never viewed me differently in terms of partying habits. They do however find it strange that I'm capable of dancing early in the morning. But some of them don't seem that surprised at the idea since they have at some point or another have seen how I am on the dance floor...haha :) |
