Do your Non-Party freinds juge you on your party habits, like the fact that you pop E, or any other party substances or stay out all night and not sleep..... cuz i was called a junkie the other day..
Wurm
Once you get a bit older, it's entirely on the DL.
No judgement possible.
MaxTO
Yeah, they do. Only to talk about how they get piss drunk to the point of passing out a few times a week. Apparently, any "training" or "social" event the firm hosts (large accounting firms) is nothing but a drunk fest. But that's OK, alcohol is not a drug
Dr. DAS
Overwhelming response in the poll.

Let's face it, this is a lifestyle of it's own. If you get it you get it. If you don't, you don't. I've been on both sides in my adult life, and I can say that everyone judges.

yeah i use to get that all the all the from my drinking friends from work ....they would get totaly smasked and pass out in random hallways of apartament buildings just cuz it was too cold for em to pass out outside... but me dancing for 12 hours then going home in my own bed is wrong
kabelicious
If they knew, they would definitely judge. Only one knows and a few suspect but I keep it away from them.

As it is, how do I explain how I was out till noon in Canada - "I take a long nap beforehand and drink many, many Redbulls". *shrug* I just don't talk about that part of my life with folks not in the scene. Not worth trying to explain.

And I hear ya on the drunk front - I have friends who rountinely get so wasted they need a taxi to get home and end up hungover as all fack. I don't get it.

I don't pop E, don't take any other party substances, although I do stay up all night...

Not everyone is a JUNKIE LIKE YOU!!!! :p

I guess maybe this poll doesn't apply to me, but never had any of my friends judge my habits :)
Orko
90% of my friends do not party. They do look at me differently, and I have to hold back about some of my nights out.

They still accept me for who I am, so I know I have a good group of friends.
Theresa
I have one friend in particular who is always judging my party habits, and the funny part is, I really don't party a whole lot, and I don't even do drugs.

But she is always making comments about me going out and drinking or something to that effect. It pisses me off.

People are so quick to judge others.

you are right...this poll doesn't apply to you.....you are just too good for the rest of us.

Why is it that people who don't do drugs have to make it a big deal that they go out and stay up all night without drugs.....I don't get it.

Yup. I can tell you first hand, and second hand. I worked for the largest accounting firm in Canada, and my sister and her bf have worked for a few others.

Coporate social events, are about getting drunk, you know because the managers and the people who are above you on the ladder are doing the same.

Remember, policy makers like to drink, so there fore it is ok. Stressful work, and an open bar leads to trouble, plain and simple. We just have a different venue and vehicle for that release.

Because I'm a partier and this poll generalizes everyone in this image - which doesn't apply to everyone here.

It was more of a sarcastic remark really :)
