Hah I remember replying to one of the numerous threads about the track on TA back in the day... Kernkraft 400 indeed features a melody of a track from an old C64 game "Lazy Jones" as said.. the original track by David Whittaker is known as "#21" or "Stardust" which plays in a certain section of the game. Need to dig it up from the dust and play some day. :p
