Awww looks like I missed a great night.....but my fam would have KILLED me if I skipped out on ANOTHER holiday for a trance event....I had to give in this time :(
adi and PartEgurl: WTF I didn't know you guys were going?? booo i'm sorry I missed you guys! Adi, we switched cities, I was up in Rochacha ;) |

So on Wednesday my dad gave me one of his MetroCards to use incase I needed it. I took the subway from Penn Station up to 50th st I think. Anyway, at the end of PvD I didn't have anything to get signed. It was either his monthly ticket or his MetroCard (which had only one ride left). I chose the MetroCard. I got it signed (yay me). When I got home I told my parents. I said to my dad, "Sorry, but I had to use your MetroCard to get something signed. It only had one ride left on it." He said, "Oh Danny, don't worry about it, let's see it." No problems. Now, my dad just comes into my room and says to me, "Danny, do you think I can use that MetroCard you got signed?" I said, hesitantly, "Ummm... no." He said, "I don't have another one and I'm gonna need it tomorrow. What are you afraid I'm gonna ruin it?" I said, "No, I'm not afraid you're gonna ruin it, I just don't want to take any chances." He said, "Where is it? Let me take a look at it." So I told him where it was. Then he says, "How about this... I'll put it in my bag when I'm done." I didn't say anything, just kind of let out a sigh. Finally he said, "OK, I won't use it. I respect that." Him using that MetroCard is along the same lines of me wearing his autographed Joe Namath jersey to school. Amusing story I just had to tell someone. Ugh, Will Smith said it best... Parents just don't understand.

Awwww seriously? Adi and I were in Rochester during the days sorrounding PVD, we could have hung out !! I just got back to Canada today ! |

he also got a full scholarship to MIT. i'd say thats pretty impressive. |

ahhhh yes...the lovely Rochacha. I went to school there...U. of Rochester. Must be nice and cold there right now. Dave (Bogartgreens) also went there for school. |
