Wow he uses Sony 7506s! I'm thinking about buying a pair of those with some Christmas cash :D

Anyone know what MIDI controller that is? At first I thought it was the Evolution MK-425C (the one I've got) but there are more knobs and the buttons are to the right of the lcd instead of under it.

They are awesome - seriously don't even think about getting any other headphones. These are so comfy and sound so crisp and clear.

Sometimes I find myself wearing them even when they aren't playing any music.....

And I cannot believe that some people are knocking PvD for using all that kit. He's the number one DJ - it's up to him!

he's got to have all the other stuff to do so he doesn't look like Blank & Jones.

I've got Sennheiser HD555s (which suck for the music I listen to.. they're sooo comfy though) and AKG K81DJs, my primary electronica cans, but my problem with the K81s is that they're ridiculously uncomfortable after about an hour since I wear glasses. I'm seriously considering replacing my Senns with these because I hear the comfort is great, and they're good all-around cans (especially good for electronica, i've heard). After reading the other thread on these and your reply, I think I'm going to put my Senns up for trade on Head-fi for a pair of these :D
