With so many good movies that are out and that will be coming out, i thought why not hear what other people have to say about them.

So just list what movie you saw and the main actors and what you thought of it.

PS. THERE WILL PROBABLY BE SPOILERS!

Movie: Deja Vu
Main Actors: Denzel Washington, Val Kilmer, Paula Patton

I really enjoyed the movie. The storyline is really cool and kinda futuristic with the technology that they're using. As always, Denzel puts on a great preformance and is really believable.

It was a little bit far fetched but a really interesting concept as well.

8.5/10 for this movie.

So ive been to alot of movies in the last 2 weeks

Deja Vu -> SUCKS <-
I thought halle barry was in the movie but it turns out its just a halle berry impersonator

Stranger than fiction -> SUCKS <-
This movie sucks cause its soo boring and it takes forever to get to the end. Id prefer to masturbate with grit 90 sandpaper than go through watching this again.

CASINO ROYALE -> WICKED <-
I was a little pissed of cause i heard that Bond was going to be less of a womanizing bastard. But the new guy did an awsome job of kicking ass cold blood style.

BABEL -> AIGGHHT <-
This is one of those sad movies that takes place everywhere and tries to connect all the story lines. Pretty smart movie just kinda a sad story.

BORAT -> HIGH FIVE <-
Probably the best movie of the year i saw it twice and i stilled pissed my pants the second time. I think im gonna name my first child Huiie Louis !!!!

yay, finally:)

great thread

alright, the latest movie my better half and I saw were Marie Antoinette, with Kirsten Dunst

"The retelling of France's iconic but ill-fated queen, Marie Antoinette. From her betrothal and marriage to Louis XVI at 15 to her reign as queen at 19 and to the end of her reign as queen and ultimately the fall of Versailles."

i'd give it 7.5/10... i liked how 'light' this movie was... it wasn't like Elizabeth, which was a dark and gloomy movie

Happy Feet - AWESOME movie, probably one of the best I've seen this year. They did a great job of portraying alot of the animals as they really are and keeping Antartica realistic.

Went to see "Pan's Labyrinth" yesterday- a Spanish film (w/subtitltes) that's being nominated for loads of awards. Its a 'fantasy' film w/a fair amount of brutal violence, and executed amazingly well. The costumes, cinematography, acting, etc... I couldn't believe such an amazing film came from Spain (don't get me wrong, I love Spanish films- but I'm referring to the amazing production levels of this film).

I highly recommend this movie.

I thought it was a good flick overall, DiCaprio who I'm not a huge fan of did a hell of a job in this one. I also heard alot of good reviews for the one where he plays an Irish gangster with matt damon and jack nicholson, ummm can't think of the name...
