Well, it's a choice, right? Gotta REALLY want it, and be accountable for it. Makes it a hell of a lot easier.
This is something I KNEW I wanted...but it took me almost a year of mental preparation to get here. I don't think I could have done it as easily if I just woke up one day and decided to quit cold turkey right there. |

congrats!
My fiance's old man quit cold turkey about a year ago. He was so happy not to hack up tar balls in the morning!
Granted, he'd been smoking since 16. |
