PS3 vs XBOX360

I want to get a system. I am not a biga fan of games like Halo, or Final Fantasy (specific games for specific systems).... I am mainly interested in sport games like FIFA or Tiger Woods.... so, is it worth paying ore and waiting for the PS3 or shoul I just get the 360?
By the way, when is SONY releasing more PS3s? |

Seems like your not asking for much interms of games. Seem like what your looking for is sports games.
I'd say most games released on multi-platforms are all the same: or some what close. Im sure you know EA games does most of the Sport title releases, and most of the time they wont go out of there way to make a multi-platform release better than the other.
So, what im trying to get at is you dont really need a $600 console to play such titles. Defiantly pick up an Xbox 360.
You'll save money in the process. |

Yup 360 would be the way to go. If you need to cut back on loot you can always get a regular xbox which probably has more than enough sports games to keep you content. I'd say the 360 and PS3 are top end consoles with a premium price tag at this point. If you don't need the latest and greatest then go xbox, if you got a little to shell then grab the 360.
I predict the PS3 will not be fully proper until mid-end of summer 07. Don't sleep on it though, it actually seems too powerful for its own good. There is a ton of potential in that system.
A good alternative is the Wii, I believe there are some sports games for that which would put you between an xbox and xbox360. I wouldn't put it passed the 360 even though its newer and fresher, just the 360 seems more of a beast than the wii to me.

MMORPGS (Microsoft has a few games up its sleeve) Keep on eye on this.

Adventure

Wii:
Party Games
Family friendly games
Intereactive Games

| The original xbox or the Wii is not an option actually, I have reduced my choices to 360 an PS3... And fortunatley, price isnt that much of a problem... What is keeping me undecided is if the PS3 is that much better than the 360 then ill wait for it, but i dont know how big of a difference the 2 systems have. |

How can you not give the PlayStation the racing genre? They have the most dedicated team of developers that the racing genre could ever need, Polyphony Digital. |
