| I'm super hyped that I finally get to have my own setup. I'm getting 2 Technics M3Ds and a Stanton mixer. I'm going to be in major debt with my parents but I'm getting a job in between semesters and I'm selling some of my belongings so I should be able to afford records eventually haha. I haven't been this excited for Christmas in ages. Any advice for the newest noob DJ on the block? |

| instead of starting your collection with new records, buy a stack of second hand records at low cost. Learning to mix with 3 records is pretty tedious. |

Looking back on my original post, I realize I sound like an excited 7 year old with too much sugar, so I apologize. To be honest, trance and DJing is one of the only things that can get me truly excited.
Yan, is that actually a good reference?
Pjotr G, thanks for the advice. Where I live, it's hard to track down vinyl, especially of trance, so I'm gonna have to look online. |

| if you have a hard time finding records you might be better getting a pair of cdj's instead. you can get a cheap pair like pio200's or denon1000's for about as much as a pair of tech's. it's up to you but records will break a kid without an income like you. tracks are like, 2 bucks. or free, depending on how you wanna go about it |
