Flu jabs. Has anyone had one?

| Been offered one from the GP's surgery, but unsure of if it's worth it or not. Anyone had a flu jab (shot is probably the american-english :p) and what was it like. cheers :) |

| I wouldn't bother with it Ian, only if your in really in bad health or old or something it'll be worth taking. |

| Natural immune system for the win unless you've got some kind of existing condition or in your late 40's or something. |

| Every year they send me out a letter asking if I want one.. They are always on the most awkard dates... It was Halloween this year when they wanted me to come in and get it lol |

| i've been sent mine as I help my nana out, and she's in the "at risk" category being elderly. I'm unsure as to if i'm putting her at risk by not having one, and therefore seriously considering it, just incase. Don't really know though. |

does not .. i get them free from work and i just got mine last week and im not sick |
