This topic seems to pop up every 6 months or so.
Anyways, what kind of love are we talking about here?
Romantic love? (ie bf/gf)
Platonic love? (ie friendship) |

I went for 'love but sex is important'.
I have fancied people but the sex is never as good as with someone you love - I suppose it is important to mention that you should be loved too, that is the best.
I have known people in marriages to not have sex for years (3, 4, 5, 6, even 8!!!) and that is incomprehensible to me.
I guess Love will always be the most important as that is by far the hardest to find but Love without sex is a pure waste, or a signal that it is a friendship. |

Love is great but if the sex is horrible, it's better to just love as friends. :)
Definitely an important ingredient in the whole "relationship equation". |

Love is a great thing, but it can hurt...so sex comes into play to temporarily fix all the problems

I don't think so...at least not as a relationship matures, anyways.
Sex is an important ingredient but it's eventually going to fluctuate. |
