No way, if you look at the wow itemization formulas it would just be impossible, especially since a lot of epics in wow right now are item level 70 and above. For instance, http://www.thottbot.com/?i=51920, pretty easiliy attainable (boss killing that is), it's itemlevel 81. Greens on the other hand scale more along the line with your level. Anyway level 70 blues will be just under bwl epics iirc.
God I miss wow. I sometimes stare at the icon and remember how much I miss it.

Yes but level 70 mobs drop greens with item levels in excess of 100. For example:

haha, my buddies from the guild got me into fantasy basketball this year. I dont know what im doing, but seems my whole team is injured so im doing horrible lol! But football is good so far. hehe, dont get me started with poker, playing bout three times a week cash games, but its been a break even type of month and barely making a penny. :(
