All you guys dont know what your talking about. I agree with you about Benny Benassi that booking sucks big time!!
but for your DJ suggestion i must say you live in a dream world! Sultan and Desyn barely broke even with the little 550 People there that night
Digweed came to stereo about 4 time but last time it barely broke the 700 People so again not a really a big profit nite
Fanciuli barely 350 people @ Stereo
Progressive music like you people seems to adore belongs in a alchool club type of venue. not an afterhours and especialy not stereo if you would to manage that club you would run it to the ground in 6 months!

Wouldnt fly in an afterhours? Digweed + Howells @ Aria was mad jammed!
Sasha at Aria was MAD JAMMED.
I think you should edit your post again and remove afterhours from it and just leave Stereo, we get it Stereo has a unique crowd that listens to a certain genre (Aka ing-boring-house). Yet, I still love Stereo, moreso when there's a name I like (as is the deal with EVERYONE).
So dont tell me prog doesnt fly in afterhours, you Stereo people need to stop living in your own little world and broaden your minds like the other clubs in this city sometimes try and do, I'm glad to see however that STEREO IS DOING THIS BY BOOKING DIFFERENT NAMES IN 2006!!!
You're prolly right about the numbers you posted about Fanciulli/Masiello, but the fact is you cant transform a crowd/venue over night, but you need to start somewhere!
Congrats on the changes Stereo, and I hope if you're currently employing Chikitamtl you re-consider. |

honestly wtf do they use stereobar for ... other than local djs. One thing I would rather party at stereobar than stereo. |

stereobar to me is one of those hole-in wall clubs you find in the UK I find and once in a blue moon there amazing djs (like sasha and what not ... actually thats before he became famous :p) |

I stereobar, only cause of cheap drinks nice atmosphere etc.
The music is never anything impressive just the same old dull boom boom boom but wtvr. Doesnt stop me from going. |
