Yan's a weirdo. Just mix the crushed up pill with the applesauce, or pudding, whichever you like better, and swallow it all at once. Even in a couple spoonfuls if you have to.
There's a patient in the residence where I'm placed that absolutely LOVES her meds with pudding, lol. It's kinda cute how stoked she gets for it, heehee. |

| if they're big, i just make sure i get them in the right place, put them between my teeth, capsule like ones always pointing longways so that they're headed the right way, then drink, swallow etc. I sometimes take 2 or 3 at a time depending what it is too. oddly enough until i was 19 i couldn't swallow even the tiny ones |

btw, these pills are the bombest thing evar when you've got a bad cough or difficulty breathing due to a cold...
