Baiji river dolphin extinct

So thats the word today, the pre-historic fresh water river dolphin which once lived in the Yangtze river is consider extinct now.
My dad has spent much of his life trying to save this dolphin, and is on his way back from china right now.:( this is the first dolphin or whale to become extinct within our lifetimes.
Worst thing is it was completely avoidable but the Chinese are tards.:( |

Though that's true, food like dogs and cats are considered very taboo, and are mostly reserved as fancy dishes for rich snobs. |

It's not that they eat everythin, it's that they're so ing desperate to industrialize as quickly as possbible that the environment is so far down on their list of priorities.
