Sasha - Arkham Asylum v Ohmna

Seeing the old school sasha appreciation thread made me think back to these two songs, one of the best vinyls I own. So outta curiosity, not only which you like better, but why do you like Ohmna over Arkham Asylum or visa versa.

My personal favorite is Ohmna because it builds up so beautifully and the vocals of the woman breathing really added a lot to the song. But asylum is still great with the great flute work and unique set up of the song since like there's the big melodic breakdown, with no follow up peak part since that all happened beforehand as it just mellows out.
Your thoughts?

btw, i searched, couldnt find this topic anywhere else on forums so there.

Both tracks doesn't sound dated at all despite they are made more than 10 years ago. So it must be quality for sure:gsmile:

I like the intro of Arkham Asylum.
Ivand

Yeah, I only heard Arkham Asylum for the first time a few months ago and I was shocked to find out it's ten years old, the production is fantastic.

Ohmna was a very old unknown ID of mine until recently; I never had a sample to upload but even though I'd only ever heard it on pirate radio way back in 2002, I still remembered the vocal effects and recognized it pretty quickly.

There's nothing between these two tracks, they're both perfect... Ohmna is my favourite though

SYSTEM-J, instead of taking the time to respond to this thread you should be hunting these classics down, a required listen for all progressive house/trance whatever fans.
SYSTEM-J
I'll do that when I can afford to.
