Tabasco to me is the good old tried and true pepper sauce.

I've put tabasco on pretty much every food known to man and it has turned out successful more often than not.

+1! I use tabasco all the time.

Lisa & Hil - I used to hate hot stuff too. Now I love it, and I have a much higher tolerance for it. You just have to work yourself up. You start off small, and gradually increase the spiceyness of your food over time. Also, you have to eat spicey food often.

I found when I did this, I really started to enjoy hot stuff too. As a matter of fact, I now prefer spicey food to non-spicey food.

Hmm, Im not big on tabasco, I do love hot sauce though. Strangely enough my favourite is surprisingly president's choice. !!

i loooovvveee spiccy food. for me, i began the spiceness when i was 6. i was in a chinese restaurant running around like an idiot and an waiter was bringing a jar of chili oil to a table and i ran into him. chili oil went all over my hair and face. i could not see if a good 30 minutes and was running my eyes under a tap for at least 20 minutes. after that, i found a new appreciation for spicy food.

my first experience with a habanero pepper was at my dads work party. someone made a spicy dish and had fresh habaneros on the dish. me thinking i was tough but not knowing they were habaneros took one and placed the entire pepper in my mouth. i took one bite. and thought it wasnt too bad. next thing i knew, my mouth clamped shut with shock. my eyes watered, i had cold sweat coming out my back (probably could have filled a cup full) and didnt know what to do. finally i thought of spitting it out which i did. i then proceeded to drink a bag of milk, ate 4 buns, and ran my mouth under the tap. awesome awesome experience. i recommend it to anyone.

spicy noodles are the best snack- i like neoguri or shin ramyun. highly recommend those as well

I ate a 12 pack of these mennonite-made hot pepperettes last week in about 20 minutes.

I'll say that the next few days were among the worst in my life.
