Please tell me you've heard all his albums??

After listening to Can I Borrow A Dollar, it made A LOT of sense that he called his next album Resurrection. He even makes fun of his original rapping style on it. :p

P.S. Clinkz, you wanna hear some good old school stuff...try out KMD, Lootpack, and Charizma. You'll prolly dig that too.
Slylee
Timmbaland & Magoo
Common
Outkast
The guy from Gnarls Barkley (before Gnarls Barkley...i'm having a brainfart right now)
Missy Elliott (her older stuff is great)
Pharrell
The Roots

that's all I can think of now in terms of being similar to Tribe...didn't Q-tip have a solo album too?

i probably listen to hip hop just slightly more than edm.

also try living legends, they are a crew and many of thier artists have solo works:

the grouch
murs
eligh
sunspot jones

and there are others, but Living Legends is sick as well as the mentioned hiero (the former members of souls of mischief united with some others to make hieroglyphics)

my favorite souls of mischief tracks:

93 till infinity
taxi

lol, old old skool...

oh, and old notorius B.I.G, that's some rockin right thur...:p

try machine gun funk, 10 crack commandments...and search...

I didn't follow his discog, I peeped Be and One Day It'll All Make Sense

I never rocked common through, although I've heard a majority of his tracks just never flexed any of his lyrical verses. Dope rapper I admit though....

I'm lookin for similar groups/artist like A tribe called quest ( Q-tip is in it). My homie let me borrow his sister's CD from 1999 and it just blew my mind. It's this very chill hip hop I'm lookin for not the club banging , cheesy bubble gum pop.

I was watching a movie with Q-tip in it, he was in jail, and a dude kissed him.
