It's not a language. It's a systematic scrambling/coding of english. Try and find a pattern. |

This person might be either...
- Using an alternate spelling for a relatively unknown language: the reason that google doesn't seem to find any of these words make you wonder. Even if this is a heavily inflected language, the odds of never finding a similar entry in thousands texts is somewhat low. So, either this person is not using necessary diacritics or is adopting the Roman Alphabet for a language that rarely does that, or;
- Making words up: that's always possible;
