Time heals all wounds. Just accepting that you will feel bad for a while will make it easier. Honestly, I don't know that there is a way around that. In the meantime, bury yourself in another aspect of your life for a bit to take your mind off things, whether it be music, family, fapping, the holidays, whatever.
