Ack, sorry to hear...I can very much understand how/what you're feeling at this time, as I went through something similar 2 summers ago.
If there's one thing at all that helped me, it was knowing that I truly WAS NOT alone (and that was my overwhelming feeling at that time, the feeling of abandonement). It sounds cliche I know, but surround yourself with as many positive people as possible, and time will run it's course. Keep yourself both mentally and physically busy with work, friends & family...you'll get through it. |

I'm so sorry to hear that:( I was pretty devastated myself a few months ago over a breakup. They are never fun. Just get it all out of your system now though. Be miserable for as long as it takes. Cry like a baby....it helps to get that out of the way rather than suppress it.
Other than that, all I can say is time heals.
and so does weed, alcohol and other woman;)
cheer up!!! you'll find someone special. |

| oh yea, and it helps to listen to really dirty rap music. like songs about being a player and banging hoes. it's good angry music and might get you excited to be single again. lol :p |
